Pyramid Heating & Cooling started as a small HVAC operation of Phillis Construction, Inc., with a primary focus on residential new construction. The company expanded into the existing residential homes and small commercial markets. We withstood the largest downturn in the economy with no layoffs and increased employee benefits.
Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Service Dispatcher who will be responsible for maintaining the Service Technician's daily schedules, dispatching calls, scheduling return trips with customers when parts are in, and always providing customers with the highest quality experience.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm, weekends and overtime as needed
Pay Scale: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of dispatching experience
- 5 years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy
