October Road is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our amazing ACTT Team in Rocky Mount NC!

Salary Range is 58k-68k per year

Flexible schedule Monday through Friday day time hours with on call rotations

Our perfect Candidate Will:

- Directly supports our clients by actively participating in a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide clinical expertise in helping clients make real and lasting changes in t their lives.
- Employee will attend daily staff meetings and update team members with relevant information regarding clients' needs or issues.
- Will engage with clients who have severe and persistent mental illness in a community setting.
- Will assist with managing medical appointments, labs, bloodwork, injections, medical education, and medical needs for clients in the community.
- Engage clients through education on their personal health challenges and use Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction to assist them in identifying ways to achieve a quality of life that is fulfilling.
- Traveling to community to see clients and provide needed assistance.
- Emergency service and on call duty rotation that may include commitment procedures, after hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion
- Company car, cell phone, and laptop will be provided.
- Must Complete all Initial & Required Annual Training (CQI, CPR, First Aid, Ethics, ect.):

-Active Registered Nurse license with the NC Board of Nursing
-Valid driver license.
-Prefer someone who has worked in a treatment team setting.
