Through our Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication-Assisted Treatment Program, Cross Area Service Program, ACTT Services and other specialty services we have established ourselves as a recognized leader in Behavioral Healthcare treatment in North Carolina. Hourly Rate: $16-17/hour

Schedule: Full Time

Job Duties/Description

• Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of ACTT
• Managing mental health medical records and authorizations (Scanning/Uploading/Discharge paperwork, etc.)
• Maintaining/monitor tracking systems and documentation coordination of mental health services
• Maintain facility/group supplies
• Client outreach/appointment scheduling
• Shares duties for phone coverage for front desk
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prefer an Associates of Bachelor’s Degree in a Human services or related field.
