Pyramid Healthcare is Hiring an Administrative Case Manager Near Lancaster, PA

Pyramid Healthcare in Lancaster is looking for candidates to help provide quality care to our clients. We are looking for passionate and dedicated person who is looking to making a difference in people’s lives. Pyramid Healthcare has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in eastern Pennsylvania. Pyramid Healthcare is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders.

Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:

  • The Administrative Office Coordinator oversees the administrative operations. 
  • Provide receptionist duties to the clients and visitors.
  • Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff
  • Preparing charts
  • Collecting copays
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Medical record requests
  • Responsible for all clinical and administrative records
  • Maintaining office equipment.
  • This role purchases office supplies, handles petty cash, and weekly bank deposits.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Technical Competencies:

  • Accuracy of data entry.
  • Ability to work with clinical staff and psychiatric staff.
  • Ability to work with difficult phone calls in a calm and respectful manner.
  • Demonstrates good customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates good decision making

Education, Experience:

Bachelor Degree required. Minimum of 2-3 years in a Healthcare setting. Excellent interpersonal communication

skills and knowledge of community and state wide referral options.
