• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.
• Working with end-users to resolve issues.
• Providing updates to management as needed.
• TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing.
