- Handle and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Gather, package, and send information about items that need to be brought into the store.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Handle requests for information changes and ensure they are accurately sent to the next department.
- Troubleshoot issues related to selling, obtaining different items, and other customer service-related concerns.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform functions such as vlookups, pivot tables, and formatting.
- Conduct data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Communicate effectively with various levels of internal people, up to the VP level.
- Use critical thinking skills to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing directions on a daily basis.
- Perform research tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Prior experience in a Customer Service role is essential
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Strong research skills are needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Must have a customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- Knowledge of customer service software is a plus
