Our client, a beauty brand, is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator, Planning to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include:

• Process and manage orders
• Ensure data of purchase orders is correct before sending to supply chain Purchase order processing and management.
• Ensure cut reports are sent in a timely manner to retailers
• Partner with teams to gather information for reports including back in stock dates and season notes
• Partner to ensure orders are processed on time and shipping is not delayed
• Request revisions from retailers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, communication, and follow ups
• Ensure cross functional teams are notified of changes or issues as necessary
• Partner to update gross sales weekly and actualize monthly
• Assist sales team and account manager with ad hoc projects as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 1 years of experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer planning experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields preferred
• Highly proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite
• Advanced skills in Excel formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables
• Driven to learn and grow
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Prior experience reading retailers purchase orders, inventory reports, and sales reports is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Experience working with confidential and/or sensitive materials
• Strong follow up and attention to detail

Salary: $60k - $65k annually
