Our client, a beauty company, is hiring for a General Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include:

• Set up new items and discontinue new items in retailer portals
• Maintain retailer data including price
• Update and maintain retail sales trackers
• Create and format sales reports and disperse to team
• Gather and submit special Tableau requests to team
• Collaborate to implement relevant sales data in Tableau including store sales and inventory reports
• Distribute agendas, recaps, and relevant follow ups for monthly meetings
• Responsible for relevant new store opening and closing tasks
• Ensure store listings are correct in SAP
• Manage POS and productivity tracking for stores
• Send product packages to retailers
• Place orders for products as needed for mock/lab stores
• Develop and maintain trackers for promotional offers and ads
• Partner to register products in the US and Canada
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields preferred
• Experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer planning
• Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite
• Intermediary level in Excel
• Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong follow up and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Canadian French is a plus

Salary: $60k - $65k annually
