As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Corporate Store Operations.

Position Overview: The Director of Corporate Store Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic development of our corporate-owned stores. This leadership position will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, driving profitability, and facilitating the opening of new stores in line with our expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all corporate-owned stores.
• Establish and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures to uphold brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
2. Performance Management:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement initiatives to enhance sales, profitability, and customer service across all corporate stores.
3. New Store Openings:
• Develop and execute plans for the successful opening of new corporate stores, approximately one store per month.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational readiness.
4. Team Development:
• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and operational staff to ensure a high level of competence and adherence to company standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture across all corporate stores.
5. Collaboration with Franchisees:
• Work closely with franchisees to share best practices, ensure consistency in operations, and drive overall brand success.
• Collaborate with the franchise development team to provide insights for potential corporate-owned store conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior operational role within a multi-unit retail or franchise environment.
• Demonstrated success in opening and managing a network of retail stores.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
