Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Technician to join our mental health facility. The ideal candidate will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of psychiatric staff, contributing to the overall well-being and treatment of individuals with mental health disorders.

Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient behaviors, vital signs, and overall progress.
- Help patients with activities of daily living and encourage their participation in therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emotional distress.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy towards patients.
