Job Details

Job Purpose

Concierge (Front Desk) is responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests entering the venue, and providing detailed information about the venue, food and beverage menu, and gaming options. Concierge should also have a complete understanding of the reservation system in order to keep it organized and communicate details to guests as well as venue staff throughout operations. 

 In addition to responsibilities at the venue entrance and with reservations, Concierge (Front Desk) should be actively involved with guest hospitality throughout the venue. This is accomplished with awareness throughout each shift, and actively communicating with other staff members in every department.

  • Work hours as scheduled and additional hours when requested.
  • Follow directions and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, boosting hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards working with food.

Additional Information

Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with reservation software and hospitality preferred
  • Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels

Education

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance
