PUTNAM NORTHERN WESTCHESTER BOCES is Hiring a Construction Trades Instructor Near Yorktown Heights, NY
Duties: Putnam|Northern Westchester BOCES anticipates the need for a Construction Trades Instructor to provide instruction to students in CTE trade program. Candidate should possess strong skills in a wide variety of construction trades. Must be a good independent worker. Must work well with a wide and diverse range of adolescents and have strong communication skills.
Qualifications: Candidate must hold NY State certification or be eligible for certification in one of the trade areas: 7-12 Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.
Characteristics Desired: Successful candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to the PNW BOCES Mission of Service and Innovation through Partnership. Candidates must be highly organized, flexible, and have effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,706.00 - $112,504.00 per year
