We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a 9 figure- multi-state home health organization. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in business development, healthcare administration, and network building, with deep connections to hospital systems and other relevant healthcare entities. They should have demonstrable experience acting as a catalyst for significant change within large scale organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization, setting clear goals and high performance standards.

• Drive business development activities to ensure long-term financial sustainability and growth.

• Cultivate and leverage relationships with key stakeholders such as hospital systems, physicians, and other healthcare entities to secure new business opportunities.

• Lead healthcare policy advocacy efforts at both state and national levels.

• Ensure the highest level of home healthcare quality and customer service, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably within a multi-state home health organization.

• Demonstrated success in business development, including contract negotiation and relationship management.

• Extensive network within the healthcare industry, including hospital systems and other healthcare entities.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and policy, particularly within home healthcare.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

• Proven track record as a catalyst for significant change within large scale organizations.

The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and will work closely with them to refine and implement strategic plans while ensuring the organization's financial strength and operating efficiency.
