Qualifications and Requirements:

• Directs and monitors overall delivery of quality health care services within the agency
• Provides guidance and counseling to ADoN, Branch Manager (RN’s) Clinical Supervisors/RN Case Managers/Home Health Aides to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through organization personnel
• Oversee and manage clinical teams and planning
• Designs and manages agency Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) program
• Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated
• Interprets operational indicators (Quality & Productivity improvement reports) to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume, which could impact staffing levels, revenues, or expenses
• Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for the purpose of evaluation and reporting organization activities and compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Monitors the evaluation of organization performance via performance improvement programs, productivity, and quarterly and annual reviews. Assures the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the Organization
• Assists in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers organization policies and procedures
• Stays informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care and shares information with the appropriate organization personnel
• Participates in the development of the administrative and clinical policies and procedures for approval of the Board of Directors
• Participates in the review, analysis, and appraisal of the effectiveness of the total agency program
• Assists with the selection and maintenance of qualified staff as required
• Monitor and the completion of ADR’s or other post-payment denials as needed
• Participates in clinical on-call rotation
• Participates in Case Conferences, Ethics, QI Committees as needed
• Monitor quality assurance program
• Ensure compliance with federal state, and local rules and regulations
• Fiscal planning, budgeting, and management of operations
