Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and strategic sales initiatives.
Business Growth Strategies:
*Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
*Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients to present products and services
*Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
*Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
*Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
*Identify market trends and opportunities for business development
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage inquiries via email, phone, and walk-in clients. Data entry and event management in catering program, Total Party Planner.
Provide Administrative Support to Event Coordinator/Owners
Provide back up support to the Administrative Assistant; Answering telephones and greeting walk-in customers
Maintain Office Calendar; set Appointments and Tastings
Prepare Correspondence; Initial and Followup to Potential and Booked Clients
Initial Inquiries - Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, maintain phone log
Maintain Events in Catering Software, Total Party Planner
Responsible for walk-in Consultations for Small Events
Responsible for Meetings & Tastings with Potential and Booked Clients
Keep Track of Scheduled Payments; Perform Credit Card Payments
Attendance to various Wedding Networking Events
Occasional Participation in Wedding Shows

Assignment/Approval of Work
Receives direction and approval from Owners; collaborates with and answers to Owner.
