Who We Are Looking For

Our company of hard-working, positive individuals is in need of a Full-Time Warehouse Associate. Responsible for maintaining assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, and inventory stock of each company fleet vehicle. **Must have Microsoft Office experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Our Fleet Associate's primary job functions are:

Warehouse Job Duties:

• Processes orders for daily pick-up at multiple vendor locations
• Help maintain inventory on shelves and in bins by reporting items needing to be reordered, and returning unsold items to stock.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse inspecting equipment and reporting damages to Warehouse Manager.

Fleet Job Duties:

• Assisting with daily truck inspections and inventory control of each individual vehicle.
• Scheduling routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Administer vehicle assessments to ensure workable conditions and alert management of any misuse.
• Prep and get vans outfitted for supply stocks.

Qualification and Skills

• Advanced customer service skills.
• Experience in a Warehouse and dealing with Fleet vehicles.
• **Must be computer oriented, experienced in applications like Microsoft Office, Service Titan, Google Docs and Teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with regard to spelling and grammar.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills including creative problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills, detail, process oriented and demonstrates leadership capability.
• Professional attitude, enthusiastic, high energy, and reliable.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize within set deadlines.
