Columbus-based company is expanding and looking to hire an additional Service Coordinator at our office near Hilliard. Previous customer service and/or scheduling experience preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to inbound and outbound calling to schedule/confirm service appointments with existing customers, basic office duties, data entry, and customer service. Preferred hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm on Fridays.
