The College of Science seeks an Administrative Assistant who will contribute to exemplary advising services for our undergraduate students. This position supports the Director of Undergraduate Education and Academic Advising and a staff of 30 advisors. As our Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support for the Director of Undergraduate Education and Academic Advising and a staff of 30 advisors and perform a variety of administrative tasks including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel or handling incoming inquiries. You may create agendas, flyers, or promotional materials, and update and maintain websites, databases and mailing lists. You will also assist in preparing reports. If a highly collaborative team-focused environment interests you, you may be our next Administrative Assistant.
