Overview of Lead Academic Advisor
The primary purpose of the Lead Academic and Student Success Advisor is to provide individual, appreciative, and transformational advising to students on matters such as selection of major, course selection and sequencing, and academic performance. In addition, the Lead Advisor will oversee the advisors within the college or unit and meet with advisors individually to provide feedback on a biweekly basis.
