As a full-time Outside Service Tech , your mission is to address the customer tire & service needs in a safe approved manner using the proper tools and techniques while on the customer's property and on roadside assistance calls.

Who We're Looking For :

What You Need :

• Ability to pass a background & drug screen
• 6 months commercial tire experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• 3-yr Clean MVR; No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations

What You’ll Do :

• Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of commercial tires / wheels
• Service calls as scheduled by service manager
• Keeping service vehicle fully stocked
• Preventative maintenance of the service vehicle daily inspection, oil changes, etc.
• Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up and organization
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
• Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night / weekend service commission.

The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours / on-call programs.
