RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily review of the irregular prices report to promptly identify and address pricing inconsistencies, including following-up with suppliers to rectify any errors.
• Ensure timely addition of invoices to the inventory management software upon delivery, facilitating a streamlined payment process.
• Regularly review and maintain inventory items, with updates to prices and quantities as necessary.
• Conduct accurate inventory counts and inputting data for the merchandise sector.
• Efficiently manage purchases, orders, and maintain consistent communication with suppliers for merchandise items.
• Conducting audits to compare enterprise sales with store purchases, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies through corrective actions.
• Provide support to procurement and accounting by undertaking additional tasks as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
• Operational experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software such as Marketman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
