Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to join our team. As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and assisting with business development.

Duties:
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers
- Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Assist with business development efforts to drive sales and revenue growth
- Coordinate catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Participate in outside sales activities, such as attending industry events or trade shows

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management or sales is preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
