Pulse Clinical Alliance is Hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Near New York, NY
Pulse Clinical Alliance is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA's) to provide palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Requirements:
- Active and current license or HHA certificate.
- Previous home healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Anticipated Start Date: Within 90 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
