Pulama Lanai is a land and resource management company, a cultural steward, a community builder. We develop solutions ranging from conservation programs to hydroponic gardening to freshwater systems that serve both residents and guests.

We bring together people and companies to promote preservation, progress and sustainability on Lana'i.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide clerical support for project job costing and reporting for Finance, Dev Con, Lanai Builders, Rock & Concrete departments. Duties include invoice billings, scanning, copying, filing, routing and follow up of pay application invoices and project documents, distribution of mail and reports as directed.

This position is for our Honolulu location.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum two year’s work experiences in construction administration, contract review, job costing.
• Associate Degree in Finance/Accounting desirable.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, File Explorer, Excel, Word, Teams) and Adobe files.
• Working knowledge of Sage 300 and Timberscan desirable.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret contract agreements terms.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with ability to follow instructions.
• Requires relating to people in a friendly professional manner, and to maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace high volume office, to meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
• Requires working to established procedures with attention to details and maintaining reliable work attendance.
• Requires working in Honolulu or Lanai office and in remote environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
