Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice of King County is seeking experienced and caring full-time Home Health and Hospice Registered Nurses (RN) in the South King County, Washington area!

Essential Duties

• Completes comprehensive in-home patient assessment
• Provides a wide scope of nursing skills to direct patient care
• Provides pain and symptom management
• Develops plan of care under primary care provider orders
• Provides direct patient care in accordance with the plan of care and scope of practice
• Provides accurate & timely documentation consistent with plan of care
• Participates in QAPI program to assure highest level of patient care
• Participates in interdisciplinary coordination of home health and hospice services

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
