Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our Puffer Reds team as a Part-Time Cashier/Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide product information and be knowledgeable of in-store/online promotions
- Assist with daily store operations as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance over the phone

• Skills:

- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products and services
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly , is an advantage
- Experience with the apparel and footwear is preferred
- Previous experience is beneficial
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities
