Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to join our team. As a Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Sell cannabis products to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory control
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Develop and implement training programs for dispensary staff
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Provide leadership and guidance to dispensary staff
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
- Experience in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records
- Knowledge of training development techniques to effectively train dispensary staff
