CASHIER
We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, you will ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Greet customers entering and leaving the business
· Maintain a clean and tidy work area
· Accurately process all cash and credit payment
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are
correct and that there is adequate change.
· Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
· Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Qualifications
· Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
· Basic mathematical skills and basic PC knowledge
· Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
· Good math skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Customer satisfaction-oriented
· Ability to listen and communicate effectively
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Knowledge on Puerto Rican cuisine.
