This position is to provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to customers who contact our corporate office by phone, email and letter and have general praise, inquiries, or concerns about our technical systems and overall experiences. Associates in this position must be prepared to advise on a multitude of topics that they are contacted on in an effort to resolve the contact on a first touch basis or instill confidence in the customer that their praise, inquiry or concern will be escalated to the appropriate department for a resolution. This position serves as an extension of the premier in store experience that customers have come to expect from Publix Super Markets, Inc.
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. The bonus for this position is 8 hours of pay when a new associate joins Publix prior to July 1. There is no bonus in the first year for associates hired after July 1. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to 8 hours’ pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
