His/her will be fully responsible for the development of the Italian market.Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager (M/F) with deep experiences in selling to the Italian market.As the first line of communication with a prospect, the Sales Manager (M/F) have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships & building relationship, and setting up sales closers for success.As a Sales Manager (M/F), you are a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills – someone with a successful track record - and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.Responsibilities :As Sales Manager (M/F), you represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings and you are accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition within the Italian market. Directly reporting to France & Italy Country Manager.Your mission will be:Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Italian marketConduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitorsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketIdentify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categoriesBuild long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunitiesPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections: you will be expected to develop a well-rounded understanding of the technical capabilities of the CJ platform to provide clients with sufficient insight during the sales process.Lead pitches and client meetings and setting expectationsEnsure that objectives are achieved, monitor progress, vs. agreed KPIs, goals and ROIBe responsible for a strong operational rigor around pipeline and activities to drive efficiency and performance.Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization (all departments including not limited to on-Boarding, Operations, Client Development, Publisher Department, Marketing teams) to drive financial contributions and seamless customer experience.QualificationsMaster’s degree in business, marketing and/or related fieldMinimum 4 years’ of sales experience within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions and or affiliation ideally), with minimum 2 years of sales experience in Italian marketYou have an excellent knowledge of on-line advertising and different acquisition channelsAffiliate expertise is a real plusProven tracks success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisitionYou love to use and develop your networkYou have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Committed and willing to work as a team, you are problem-solving orientedDynamic and proactive, with presentation and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectivelyStrong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, you also need to have the ability to influence and leadProficiency with sales management software and CRM (i.e SalesForce) Microsoft Office tools & applications (ex: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)Native Italian and fluent English are mandatory.
