Read on.You’ll become known within the company as someone who can tackle quality control for all media planning, oversee the team on day-to-day projects, and artfully translate strategies into innovative media – all while building robust client relationships and developing your team’s talent.Day to day, that looks something like this: Delivering high-quality Retail Media planning for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how digital marketing can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals – you’ll lend this expertise to new business pitches, tooAssist with yearly annual planning for Commerce media for clients, with ability to apply client business objectives to Commerce media across several brands and categoriesIntegrate with national media strategy teams to act as a Commerce specialist within the greater strategy teamSpearheading the development of search and display strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., keyword recommendation, day-parting, timing/scheduling strategy)Develop an understanding of how commerce can drive our client’s business and size opportunitiesTrack & manage budgets, retailer spend, etc., and partner with the Commerce analytics team deliver reporting to clientsAggregate data from internal Strategy, Digital Activation, and Shopper Activation teams for larger perspective and overarching strategiesManage and track day to day client requests and delegate to appropriate team members as necessaryPerform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendationsPromote a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of media expertise within the agencyOversee budgeting process and performance evaluations to optimize resources and talent developmentQualificationsQualifications:A four-year college education and 4 years of media planning and/or buying experience, with a focus on eCommerce or Retail MediaStrong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process (multi-channel knowledge and Criteo, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, etc. display experience preferred)Project management experience and ability to multitask; meticulous organizationUnderstanding and experience with campaign automation tools (i.e., Skai (Kenshoo), Pacvue)Exceptional communication skills – you’re skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendationsAn analytical mindset with an ability to pull insights from multiple, large data setsA strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging and inspiring them to growWillingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideasGot what it takes? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
