Reporting directly to the Manager, Retail Media, the Assistant Manager, Retail Media role will be responsible for the development, activation, optimization & measurement for all Retail Media across No7 Beauty’s brand portfolio (No7, Soap & Glory, Botanics, Boots Ingredients). This includes leading always-on initiatives, supporting key campaign moments & building a strategic testing roadmap – all with the goal of driving new customer acquisition and sales. The ideal candidate must have experience fostering strong relationships with Retail & Commercial partners while also representing themselves to be a thought-leader for No7 Beauty Company. They must be a team player who is highly adaptable with strong initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Execution

  • Create and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and sales. Ensure flawless delivery from start to finish.
  • Deliver on ROAS/ROI goals and manage assigned budgets.
  • Exhibits strong creative instincts to safeguard brand DNA.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Integrated Communications, Brand, and Commercial teams to craft cutting edge 360 initiatives.
  • Work lockstep with the Paid Media team to synergize activations between National & Retail Media.
  • Support the advancement of capabilities and understanding of the evolving Retail Media landscape across the organization.
  • Deploy best practices and establish guidelines for Retail Media, especially as it relates to performance, transparency, efficiency and brand safety requirements.
  • Leverage Retail Media partners and industry groups to continuously bring emerging opportunities, technologies, and platforms to enhance our recommendations and activations. Strong will to challenge the status quo for increased business impact.
  • Educate and train internal stakeholders on the evolving Retail Media landscape.

Media Measurement & Performance

  • Manage all reporting metrics for Retail Media, inclusive of actionable insights on target audiences, creative performance, and tactical optimizations.
  • Utilize data and insights to develop a strategic testing roadmap.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Build and share presentations and documents that effectively communicate upward and outward project performance and campaign recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify areas of opportunity.

A bit about you…

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 years of relevant Retail or Commercial experience; 3 years at Client or Agency within a high-performing digital media team.
  • Previous experience in CPG or Retail is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
