ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Sales Coordinator, is responsible for maximizing sales and profits in multi-store retail locations executed through in store events, training and product demonstrations. The Sales Coordinator’s role is to build brand awareness, create an elevated in-store experience and be a trusted expert for our brands. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales goals across all assigned stores  

· Achieve and exceed event goals across all assigned stores 

· Manage store visit schedule in [partnership with Sales and Education Executive based on business needs across all assigned stores 

· Ensure store visits are both impactful and successful in driving results and creating brand awareness. 

· Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a vast knowledge of our Boots history, products and promotions 

· Clientele and recruit new customers by providing an elevated and personalized customer experience through relationship building. 

· Confidence in successfully providing training, executing in store events and focus days, personal consultations, and hands on demonstrations to drive sales 

· Foster and maintain solid professional relationships with retail partners by demonstrating a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Providing excellent service to both retailer and customers 

· Monitors stock levels in each assigned door and partners with in store retail team to ensure consistent stock flow and replenishment is happening. Communicates critical stock concerns to Sales and Education Executive with urgency.  

· Promotes and communicates key product launches, current promotions and events 

· Resolve customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience 

· Adhere to both Boots and Retailer policies and procedures. 

· Maintain great communication with store teams, line manager and peers 

· Complete weekly and monthly sales reporting as required by Line Manager. 

· Work independently and sustain a positive “can-do” attitude. 

· Consistently present a clean and professional Boots Brand image always  

· Attends all required conference call, trainings and team meetings. 

· Ensure that testers, brushes, and all additional beauty tools. are maintained in compliance with hygiene standards. 

· Ensure that stock on shelf, beauty stations and fixtures are clean, organized and adhere to company merchandising standards.  

· Ensures execution of updated instore planograms, merchandising displays and presentation in stores. 

· Has current knowledge of competitive brands.  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

· At least 1 year of experience in a sales/commission based retail environment working across multi store locations is preferred 

· Makeup/Artistry skills and product experience in skincare and beauty is preferred 

· Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a competency for selling. 

· General knowledge and passion for the Beauty/Skincare industry. 

· Exceptional communication skills; friendly, energetic and outgoing personality. 

· Strong presentation skills 

· Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. 

· High degrees of motivation, drive, integrity, accountability and the ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team. 

· Consistently demonstrate a desire to exceed expectations. 

· Receptive to guidance and feedback. 

· Ability to work flexible schedules as shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends. 

· Consistent and reliable attendance. 

· Understanding that designated store location is subject to change based on business needs. 

TRAVEL 

· May be required to travel to offsite locations for scheduled meetings and/or trainings. 

MEASURES OF SUCCESS 

· Delivery of annual store sales budgets and event goals 

· Maintenance of in store merchandising, ensuring appearance is aligned with brand expectations 

· Meets all required reporting deadlines with accuracy 

· Receive ongoing positive feedback from Retail Partners and Colleagues  

· Excellent record of attendance in line with our Boots Retail USA guidelines
