Job DescriptionEpsilon is seeking a Data Science Intern who will be responsible for applying various statistical and data analysis techniques in support of a variety of analytic solutions. This position will support the Analytic Group which partners with both internal and external clients, and data providers, leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision making.As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below: Provide quality, statistically valid analysis and related outputEmploy appropriate data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies such as regression analysis (both linear and non-linear), cluster analysis, CHAID, factor analysis/principal component analysis, time series, survival models, experimental designs using SAS and other statistical software under minimal supervisionAppropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignmentsCollaborate with cross-functional internal resourcesApply basic analytical techniques to explore raw data, identify data issues, and QA/QC data and analysis output to ensure accuracyManage multiple projects concurrentlyMonitor project progress relative to timeline and scopeCreate appropriate documentation for the analytical workQualifications: Candidate for Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with technical and/or quantitative concentrationStrong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findingsAcute attention to detailExcellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAble to work in a team & build effective relationshipsDemonstrated leadership skillsSelf-starter, with strong initiativeAdditional InformationAbout EpsilonEpsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.
