The resource will be included in the controlling area team. The profile sought must be able to communicate at multiple levels and will have the opportunity to collaborate with the different capabilities of the Group.

Qualifiche

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Monthly closing and reporting

1. Manage revenue recognition process: collect revenue by Client Executive, input of revenue recognition in CRM system and reconciliation with local accounting system; flash for Reporting International Team

2. Collection of Client Executive weekly guidance analyzed during internal business review

3. Support on collect and input data to Client Profitability Process

4. Analyze Country performances and variances versus Budget/Last Estimates

b) Budget and Planning

1. Collaborate to the package analysis and preparation of the Budget meetings and the following budget presentation to the Solution

2. Follow up of the monthly Budget / Rolling forecast considering the business seasonality and the historic trend

3. Participate to the Budget to ensure a consistent forecasting in line with the Country financial targets

REQUIREMENTS

1. University degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering

2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, working in an international environment

3. Analytical skills (able to analyze, assess data, determine trends and variances identify problems, suggest solutions)

4. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Point and Power BI

5. Soft skills required to work autonomously in a multinational environment, managing relationships with different functions and diverse cultures, demonstrating curiosity, agility, flexibility and team spirit

6. High level of ethics and values standards, strong sense of confidentiality

7. Fluent in both Italian and English
