Looking to join a fun, fast-paced, high-impact team of food-centric and talented people? Wow Food Group is looking for line cooks that know what it takes to keep the kitchen running smoothly and satisfy guests with high quality and consistent menu items. Prior experience as a cook required, as well as a working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations. Line cooks are required to spend long periods of time on their feet and lift between 15 and 50 pounds. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Responsibilities:
  • Sending out the highest quality dishes consistently and timely in the order they are received
  • Support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation
  • Assists the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with any tasks requested while working at an efficient pace to keep up with business needs
  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
