POSITION SUMMARY
The Case Manager directs the day-to-day operation of the program, ensures the facilities are safe and secure and assures quality of care and compliance with program regulations. The Case Manager convenes the tenant counsel and negotiates conflicts as required. The Case Manager will be on-site M- F 8:00AM- 4:00PM and on-call when not on-site for emergencies. Remote work is not allowed for this position
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma/GED. Prefer a minimum of two years’ experience providing services to the target population or related experience and/or a person in recovery.
