We are looking for Psychiatric RN with at least 1 year of psych exp.

You will responsible 4-6 patients in a hospital setting.

You must feel comfortable:

• Collecting assessment/reassessment data and communicating data to appropriate staff.
• Assisting in the implementation of plan of care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare team using effective communication, utilizing SBAR when appropriate.
• Documenting completed objectively, accurately and timely to behavioral health behaviors.
• Identifying and responding to critical changes.
• Administering medications safely and appropriately according to scope of practice
• Practicing appropriate measures of infection control using principles of standard precautions.
• Providing appropriate assessment and management of pain.
• Maintaining suicide precautions as indicated.
• Maintaining fall precautions for patients at risk.

12 hour shifts

MUST have:

CA RN license

CPR/BLS

MAB/CPI

Fire Card
