We are looking for Psychiatric RN with at least 1 year of psych exp. You will responsible 4-6 patients in a hospital setting.
You must feel comfortable:
Collecting assessment/reassessment data and communicating data to appropriate staff.
Assisting in the implementation of plan of care.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare team using effective communication, utilizing SBAR when appropriate.
Documenting completed objectively, accurately and timely to behavioral health behaviors.
Identifying and responding to critical changes.
Administering medications safely and appropriately according to scope of practice Practicing appropriate measures of infection control using principles of standard precautions.
Providing appropriate assessment and management of pain.
Maintaining suicide precautions as indicated.
Maintaining fall precautions for patients at risk.
12 hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
MUST have:
CA RN license
CPR/BLS
MAB/CPI
