We're looking for a Medical Records Retriever , working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States .

• Responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with care provider offices, clinics, hospitals, other clinical facilities in order to collect medical records.
• Update contact and tracking information via database and spreadsheets.
• Perform various other project- related tasks as needed.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Must be comfortable with shifting priorities based on project need.
• Must possess strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred :

• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• PC experience and skills to include (Microsoft Office suite - MS Word / MS Excel)
• High school diploma/ bachelor's degree Database entry experience
• Call center experience
• Experience in an office environment
• Familiarity with medical office environment and basic medical terminology
• Goal-oriented as this is a time sensitive project
• Ability to build relationships with providers through consistent communication to retrieve medical records Ability to adapt to change
