Responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with care provider offices, clinics, hospitals, other clinical facilities in order to collect medical records.
Update contact and tracking information via database and spreadsheets.
Perform various other project- related tasks as needed.

High school diploma/ bachelor's degree Database entry experience
Call center experience
Experience in an office environment
Familiarity with medical office environment and basic medical terminology
Goal-oriented as this is a time sensitive project
Ability to build relationships with providers through consistent communication to retrieve medical records Ability to adapt to change
