Description
We're looking for a Branch Manager , working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States .

• Managing and mentoring branch office staff
• Executing daily operations of the branch
• Hiring, developing, and training full time employees
• Managing branch P&L
• Establishing challenging goals, activities, and objectives
• Ensuring compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as Malone and their customers' policies and practices
• Developing new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships

Experience Required for Your Success

• Must have leadership experience
• Staffing and/or Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft programs
• Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
