• Responsible for designing, specifying, and maintaining control systems supporting bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and processes, including aseptic filling operations.
• Supports end users and mentors junior engineers in designing, specifying, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading automated control systems and instrumentation, including completion of GMP-related documentation.
• Lead technical assessment and upgrade projects for automated control systems and instrumentation, including managing projects through to successful completion.
• Focus on BMS related control systems which include insight and design platforms developed by Siemens.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on automation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability and willingness to travel is preferred.
