• Understand the company’s policies on work shifts, employee possessions, and privacy issues.
• Provide basic housekeeping duties including, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, cleaning counter tops, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, mopping floors, etc.
• Apply household, indoor safe, insecticide to base boards in non-manufacturing areas (e.g. cafeteria, office space, etc.).
• Secure the facility upon arrival and departure by disarming and arming the alarm system.
• Ensure an adequate supply of toiletries (e.g. soap, toilet paper, tissues, and other personal care items) for all bathrooms in the facility. Ensure all bathroom stalls have sufficient supplies.
• Disinfect drains in the facility by pouring a water/sanitizer solution in each drain on a twice a month.
• Ensuring an adequate supply of disposable plates, cups, silverware, napkins, coffee, tea, soft-drinks, water, etc. 
• Pick-up and remove trash outdoors, as needed.
• Pick-up mail at mailbox daily.
• Clean out refrigerators as needed. 
• Clean and maintain all kitchen appliances like microwaves, toaster, ovens, dishwasher, etc.
• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor.
• Clean, disinfect, and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
• Clean company rental properties as needed.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
