- Participating in the development of capital expenditure plans, by identifying and proposing equipment and asset needs.
- Coordinating and monitoring work with outside contractors.
- Keeping current with ongoing changes in technology as it pertains to the industry.
- Working knowledge of electrical controls: PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives, etc.
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment and systems: HVAC, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, etc.
- Competent in CAD software (Solidworks, Autocad)
- Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Working knowledge and experience with programs: EPA, OSHA, HAZMAT, ARCFLASH, LOTO
- Leading teams – developing KPI’s and coaching team members, project management, working in a manufacturing environment, working within a maintenance department, supervising direct reports.
- Associates degree or higher in related field is preferred.
