- Production Associates are responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers by doing daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts (i.e. lockout/tag out while using proper PPE).
- Incumbent is responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of the Work Order, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Associate is required to input information into the machine center computer and verify for accuracy.
- Production Associate will be expected to complete job tasks within specified time period.
- This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred.
- Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions and use of computer.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.
