What you will do

The Sustainable Investing team with PGIM Private Alternatives is seeking an Investment Associate in their Newark, NJ office. They will focus on making new private credit investments, managing the existing general account assets in private credit and private equity, and new sustainability focused market rate product development for third party clients.

The Sustainable Investing Team is positioned to be a growth engine for PGIM Private Alternatives. A primary goal for the team’s future capital deployment is to generate proof of concept portfolios for new product development. The proof-of-concept portfolio is intended to be a pre-requisite to a fund launch and the investment associate will have an exciting opportunity to participate from the start of an innovative strategy.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $105,000 to $130,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
