Prudential Realty is Hiring a Maintenance Manager Near Washington, PA
Prudential Realty Company is looking to hire an on-site maintanence person to live in Penn Towers and respond to the day-to-day needs of the property. The candidate would not pay rent nor utilities. Responsibilities would entail responding to maintenence requests from tenants, communicating with the Property Manager about ongoing issues, and fixing vacant units in preparation for renting. Looking for a jack of all trades in terms of maintanence knowledge; plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

- Weekends as needed
