Required Must Skills

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in network engineering and administration.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Meraki SD-WAN, Aruba/HP switches, and domain controllers.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly IBM Cloud and Azure.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with security protocols and tools, such as Sophos Antivirus and Proofpoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
