Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Safety Systems Specialist to join their team. Join our team as a Safety Systems Specialist and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a best-in-class Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) based on ISO 45001.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheaded the implementation and continuous improvement of our SHMS, fostering a culture of safety ownership throughout the organization.

• Partner with team members to identify and control safety hazards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs for all personnel.

• Maintain meticulous safety records and reports, demonstrating ongoing adherence to all safety standards.

• Analyze incidents and recommend innovative solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of safety experience in an industrial setting.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of ISO 45001 or similar safety management systems.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in safety software and data management.

• Experience with emergency response and security is a plus.
