Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with candidates and clients, coordinating talent acquisition efforts, and providing support in various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, employee orientation, and training development. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures

- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Manage social media platforms to attract potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand

- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in staffing coordination or related roles

- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.69 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
